Our normal turn around times (TAT) are 1-3 business days (M-F). That means, we will ship your order within 3 business days from the time of your order. During peak seasons, TAT may take up to 5 days. We update accordingly in our Facebook group. Any orders received after 5:00p CST, will be processed the following business day.

Unfortunately, delays happen. Sometimes due to weather, sometimes due to human error. These are instances that are out of our control and we cannot be held responsible. Please contact Route, if you purchased the insurance upon ordering or your local shipping agent for help with lost or delayed packages.

All sales are final. In the event we allow a refund store credit will be issued. We may allow cancellations for extenuating circumstances, but there will be a 20% restocking fee. Please note order slips are printed as soon as the order is placed and it is filled. That manpower and materials will account for the restocking fee.  No exceptions. We are not responsible for any order once it is given to the shipping company. ie. USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL. Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear different on different monitors and some details may be lost in smaller prints. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. With these factors in mind we cannot guarantee your transfers will match 100% from batch to batch or to the colors you see on your computer monitor. We do our very best to ensure all settings are repeated with each batch but please allow for some variances to occur. If you have an issue with your order please email support@transfersplus.shop.

We allow for SAME DAY order additions by using code ADDON at checkout. Please note, this may delay shipment of your order.

We offer local pickup to save time and money on shipping. Choose Local at checkout and you will receive an email with pick up instructions when your order is ready.
